What items am I not allowed to store?

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

What is a climate-controlled storage?

Climate-controlled storage maintains stable temperature and humidity levels, safeguarding items from damage due to extreme conditions.

Availability changes daily. We recommend making an advance reservation to make sure the space you want is available when you need it.

You may carry your insurance (check your homeowner's, business, or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company specializing in self-storage insurance. We offer tenants storage insurance from Bader Company. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.

We will provide you with the locking key.

A valid driver's license or federal ID with a picture is required to lease a unit. Motor vehicles, Watercraft, and RV must be accompanied by current registration and proof of insurance.
